Class Schedule


Meditation

Core & Calm Connection

Core & Calm Connection will take you through a gentle warm up to wake up the body and invite movement to your joints and muscles. Followed by mobility and core exercises to strengthen and lengthen antagonist muscle groups while allowing your mind to relax. Finishing the class with a gentle guided mindfulness session.

Bootcamp

Experience the power of high intensity interval training with our Full Body Bootcamp Class! This workout is perfect for all ability levels and uses a combination of cardio and strength exercises to burn fat and build muscle. With this effective training method, you’ll get a full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and motivated to continue reaching your fitness goals.

Yoga

Enjoy this 45 minute relaxing and restorative yoga class as our experienced yoga coach guides you through various sequences to loosen your hips, shoulders and full body. Focused breathwork and mindful practices will have you heading into your afternoon feeling fresh and rejuvenated!

Strength

Discover a stronger, fitter you with our Strength class. This class is designed to help you increase muscular strength and improve exercise technique through slower-paced movements. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class will help you reach your goals and build a stronger, healthier body. Alternating between lower, upper and full body workouts each week.

Fit Fusion

Experience the perfect blend of strength, conditioning, and variety with Fit Fusion. Each session brings a new twist, whether it's shadow boxing, high-intensity MetCon, or a dynamic circuit routine. Challenge your body, elevate your fitness, and never get bored!

Zumba

Join us for a fun and upbeat fitness-inspired dance classes that will get you moving and grooving to the beat! Our experienced instructor will guide you through dynamic routines that will challenge your body and engage your mind.
